At Printexia, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unused and in its original condition.

The product is returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or the order number is provided.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalised products.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or modified by the customer.

Items returned without prior approval.

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the product.

Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Printexia will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch.

Once a product has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
