2. Are your products made to order?
Yes. Many of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and minimise waste.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
Within India: 3–7 business days
Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation before your order enters production or is shipped. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
7. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Please note that customised or personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Yes. Our products are made using quality materials and are designed for everyday use. However, durability depends on the specific product and how it is used and maintained.
15. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
